太平池水库位于吉林省农安县境内,面积约3万亩,为平原型水库。为了弄清该水库水生生物种类和种群结构以及进行鱼产力估计,我们于1988年9月对该库进行了调查,现将调查结果简报如下。1 方法 按一般的湖泊调查方法进行。1.1浮游植物及小型动物定量取1L,鲁格氏液固定。1.2大型浮游动物取10L、25号浮游生物网过滤,福尔马林固定。1.3采泥器采泥,40目的铜筛洗出底栖动物,70％酒精固定。样品按常规方法计数、称量和换算。
Taipingchi reservoir is located in Nong’an County, Jilin Province, an area of about 30000 acres, for the plain reservoir. In order to clarify the species and population structure of the reservoir and to estimate fish productivity, we conducted a survey of the reservoir in September 1988 and present the findings as follows. 1 method according to the general lake survey method. 1.1 phytoplankton and small animal quantitative take 1L, Rugs solution is fixed. 1.2 large zooplankton take 10L, 25 plankton net filtration, formalin fixation. 1.3 Dredging mud, 40 mesh copper screen wash out benthic animals, 70% alcohol fixed. Samples are counted by conventional methods, weighed and scaled.
