随着时代的高速发展,学生的行为规范问题也产生了新的变化,特别是对于小学生而言,他们处于行为规范养成的重要时期,需要得到良好的教育和引导。因此,班主任在这方面应当发挥重要的作用,对小学生的行为规范问题进行及时与适当的矫正。本文将对当今小学生行为规范问题的特点及起因从社会环境、家庭因素及小学生身心特点进行一定的研究;进而进一步探究当今小学生行为规范问题的倾向,得出“认知偏差”型、“意志薄弱”型与“心理障碍”型等几大类型。从而基于小学生特点及行为规范问题倾向的分析研究对小学生行为规范问题的矫正对症下药,从学生、家长以及班主任自身三个角度出发,从学校、家庭、社会三个维度切入,制定一系列的矫正方式,以针对小学生培育养成正确的行为规范为目标,更加高效、正确地对小学生行为规范问题进行矫正。
With the rapid development of the times, there are new changes in students’ code of conduct. Especially for pupils, they are in an important period when their code of conduct is well developed and need to be well educated and guided. Therefore, the class teacher should play an important role in this regard, conduct a timely and appropriate correction of the code of conduct of primary school students. This article will study the characteristics and causes of today’s primary school students ’code of conduct issues from the aspects of social environment, family factors and primary and secondary school students’physical and psychological characteristics; further explore the tendency of current primary school students’ code of conduct problems, and draw “cognitive deviation” “Weak will” and “psychological disorders” and other types of several types. Therefore, based on the characteristics of primary school students and behavioral norms, this study tries to correct and prescribe the code of conduct for primary school students. From the perspectives of students, parents and class teachers themselves, we can make a series of corrective measures from the three dimensions of school, family and society , In order to cultivate the correct code of conduct for primary school students as the goal, more efficient and correct behavior of pupils to rectify the issue of norms.
