人工降低地下水位的方法可以保证渠道等大型基坑的经常性排水需求,使开挖和渠道衬砌施工始终处于干地上进行。尤其是在砾质粘土、重粉质壤土这类地基的经常性排水施工时,运用人工降低地下水位法,可以有效避免由于基坑底面的下降、坑底与地下水位的高差加大、地下渗水压力作用加强而产生的边坡脱滑、坑底隆起等事故的发生。
