患者，女性，21岁，1999年4月12日以“弥漫性肺间质疾病”入院。该患间断咯血7月余，活动后气短3个月。查体：轻度贫血外观，两肺中下野叩诊轻浊音，呼吸音弱，未闻及罗音及管状呼吸音，心率72次lmin，节律整，其它脏器未见异常。实验室及辅助检查：血常规WBC7．2XI矿／L，RBC3
Patient, female, 21 years old, admitted to hospital on “diffuse pulmonary interstitial disease” on April 12, 1999. The patient was interrupted hemoptysis more than 7 months after the shortness of breath for 3 months.
