A shortage of nurses in the United States. We need to have a paradox of changing this situation. In places where nurses are needed, nurses in public hospitals such as emergency hospitals and big cities are even more in short supply. In these medical devices, nurses are required to have a considerable level of quality in order to provide safe and effective care for patients. With regard to the above issues, nursing researchers at the American Hospital Association (AHA) and the National Nurses Union (NLN) have collaborated with Harvard University and Columbia University health economists on a multi-disciplinary study for a year and a half. In 1988 and 1989 research focused on six metropolitan areas: New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Houston, Boston, and Pittsburgh. Through the investigation of the number of registered nurses registered in these areas and the number of nurses needed in emergency hospitals in the area, the analysis was conducted.
