5月13日,浙江宁波市江北区首次发布48家企业平均和谐指数为86.9分,参评企业劳动关系总体稳定,职工权益依法保障,制度机制健全完善,劳资矛盾明显减少。宁波市总工会副主席劳建兰说:“江北区创建企业社会责任评估体系,发布企业和谐指数,让企业在评估中找到自己的发展位置,让政府有关部门调整政策、提升管理服务水平有依据,这一做法在全国是一个创新。”
