胃、十二指肠球部溃疡是内科消化系统常见病、多发病。笔者自1987年3月～1990年3月用胃舒平、痢特灵、锡类散(简称胃灵散)治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡46例,疗效满意,特报道如下: 临床资料一、一般情况:46例患者中,胃溃疡14例,十二指肠球部溃疡32例,男34例,女12例;年龄最大者67岁,最小18岁;病程最长者17年,最短一个半月。全部病例治疗前均经上消化道钡餐检查或纤维胃镜检查确诊。
