“新简单主义”是今年美国最流行的一个名词,它所宣扬的“简单生活”风行全球:不看电视、不上网、不大规模购物、不驾车等以避免产生不必要的经济压力,甚至到没人的山野,除了吃饭、睡觉享受自然风光外什么也不做……在物质化时代的今天,许多人部在重新审视自己的生活,寻找更加简单、高效的生活方式。在日益增加的工作压力面前,疲惫的白领正在寻找一种新的生活方式——新简单主义生活。它是白领们对复杂都市生活有选择的接受,是不完全摒弃科技但又不完全为物质所累的生活。在上海,笔者也发现了这样的“简单主义”一族的踪影,她们是否会成为一个新时代的标志?
