为了研究IC10合金的动态再结晶特性,利用MTS809材料测试系统对其在900°C、不同应变率(10-4~10-2s-1)下进行了拉伸试验。试验结果表明:(1)不同应变率下的应力-应变曲线具有类似的特征,并且IC10合金的流变应力对应变率敏感;(2)流变应力、临界应力和临界应变随着应变率的增加而增大。基于TEM和SEM试验IC10合金的力学特性机理。为了描述IC10合金的动态再结晶行为,本文提出了一个新的宏观唯象本构模型。该模型的预测与试验结果比较验证了其有效性。
In order to study the dynamic recrystallization properties of IC10 alloy, the tensile test was carried out at 900 ° C and different strain rates (10-4 ~ 10-2s-1) using the MTS809 material testing system.
