低碳铝镇静钢的生产工艺可分为传统流程和微合金化薄板坯连铸连轧流程,采用金相、SEM、EDS、织构等分析手段研究了传统流程低碳铝镇静钢显微组织、晶粒度、游离渗碳体和晶体织构方面对其深冲性能的影响,并对冷轧薄板冲压开裂进行了分析。实践表明:传统流程生产低碳铝镇静钢过程中通过合理控制游离渗碳体形态、铁素体晶粒和AlN第二相粒子3个关键因素,可获得有利的织构,使冲压性能满足DC04的要求,达到微碳深冲钢的水平,具有显著的经济效益。
