为了解小剂量灭活卡介苗对慢性阻塞性肺病(简称慢阻肺)肺气虚患者细胞免疫功能的影响,对小剂量灭活卡介苗治疗(0.5年)前后细胞免疫功能进行了观察。结果表明,慢阻肺肺气虚患者54例外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)及淋巴细胞转化率均明显低于健康人组(P<0.01);经小剂量灭活卡介苗治疗0.5年后,其T淋巴细胞亚群及淋巴细胞转化率明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05)。表明小剂量灭活卡介苗能调节已被减弱的细胞免疫功能。
In order to understand the effect of low-dose BCG inactivation on cellular immune function in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with pulmonary qi deficiency, cellular immune function was observed before and after low-dose BCG inactivation (0.5 years). The results showed that the levels of T lymphocyte subsets (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4 / CD8) and lymphocyte transformation rate in peripheral blood of 54 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were significantly lower than those in healthy people (P <0.01) Small-dose inactivated BCG treatment of 0.5 years later, the T lymphocyte subsets and lymphocyte transformation rate was significantly improved (P <0.01 or P <0.05). This shows that low doses of BCG inactivated can attenuate cellular immunity that has been attenuated.
