研究了C-S-A-F四相体系中不同辅助相对静态破碎剂的凝结时间和膨胀性能的影响。研究结果表明,不同辅助相组成对静态破碎剂的凝结时间和膨胀压有不同的影响规律,这些规律对于开发新型静态破碎剂产品和改进产品性能有重要的指导意义。辅助相中硅酸盐相主要影响静态破碎剂后期膨胀压的发展,而对早期膨胀压和凝结时间影响较小;铁酸盐相对f-CaO晶体具有良好的包裹效果,对于调节静态破碎剂的凝结时间和水化速度具有非常显著的作用;铝酸盐相则能够促进静态破碎剂早后期的膨胀压发展。
The influence of different auxiliary relative static crushing agents on the setting time and swelling property of C-S-A-F four-phase system was studied. The results show that different auxiliary phases have different influence rules on the setting time and expansion pressure of static crushing agents. These rules have important guiding significance for developing new static crusher products and improving product performance. The silicate phase in the auxiliary phase mainly affects the development of the post-expansion pressure of the static crushing agent, but has little effect on the initial expansion pressure and the setting time. The ferrite has a good coating effect on the f-CaO crystal. For adjusting the static crushing agent The setting time and hydration rate have a very significant effect. The aluminate phase can promote the expansion pressure of static crusher in the early stage.
