根据直升机传动系统干运转能力的要求,使用UMT摩擦磨损试验机在油雾润滑状态下进行销盘试验,测定了不同添加剂对于摩擦磨损性能的影响,并得出最小喷油量。结果显示,在赫兹接触应力为424.4 MPa、相对滑动线速度达到2.618 m/s的条件下,含有5%的二烷基硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)的润滑剂在油雾润滑工作状态下表现出的综合摩擦磨损性能最佳,试验耗油量仅为0.03 ml。此方法为解决直升机传动系统干运转问题提供了一种新的选择。
According to the requirements of helicopter driveline’s dry running ability, the UMT friction and wear tester was used to test the pin-plate under the conditions of oil mist lubrication. The influence of different additives on the friction and wear properties was measured and the minimum fuel injection amount was obtained. The results show that at a Hertz contact stress of 424.4 MPa and a relative slip linear velocity of 2.618 m / s, a lubricant containing 5% zinc dialkyl thiophosphate (ZDDP) exhibits oil mist lubricated working conditions The best overall friction and wear performance, test fuel consumption of only 0.03 ml.
