我国中学人权教育现状堪令人优,中学人权问题的产生有深刻的社会历史原因,具体到学校教育,最根本的原因在于学校管理者和教师对儿童权利的认识非常有限,因此也就谈不上尊重儿童的尊严。解决中学人权教育问题,要求通过深化人权理论研究、编写人权教育资料、在普法过程中推进人权教育、充分利用学校教育资源等途径来加强人权教育,从而提升中学生人权品质,促进人权实现。
The current situation of human rights education in high schools in our country is excellent. The human rights problems in secondary schools have profound social and historical reasons. The most fundamental reason for the specific needs of school education is that school administrators and teachers have very limited understanding of children’s rights, Respect the dignity of children. To solve the problem of human rights education in middle schools, we must strengthen the human rights education by deepening the study of human rights theory, compiling information on human rights education, promoting human rights education during the process of law popularization, and making full use of school education resources so as to enhance the human rights quality of secondary school students and promote the realization of human rights.
