目的对比分析去氧孕烯炔雌醇片和炔诺酮片治疗无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血的止血效果和不良反应的发生情况。方法选取2015年9月-2016年9月杭州市红十字会医院妇科病房收治的无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。观察组给予去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗,对照组给予炔诺酮片治疗。治疗3个周期后,对两组患者的激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、临床疗效和不良反应发生率进行比较和分析。结果治疗前,两组患者雌激素(E2)、孕激素(P)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)及子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血清性激素水平显著低于对照组,子宫内膜厚度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出血开始控制时间、出血完全控制时间、有效率、失败率、复发率和不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血的效果优于炔诺酮片,且安全性较高。
Objective To comparatively analyze the hemostatic effects and adverse reactions of ethinyl estradiol and norethindrone tablets for treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 120 patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were admitted to the gynecology ward of Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group Group (60 cases). The observation group was given desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablets and the control group was given norethindrone tablets. After three cycles of treatment, the hormone levels, endometrial thickness, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions in both groups were compared and analyzed. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in estrogen (E2), progesterone (P), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and endometrial thickness between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the level of serum sex hormone in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, and the thickness of endometrium was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The observation group bleeding control time, complete control of bleeding time, efficiency, failure rate, recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion DEEG ethinyl estradiol tablets are superior to norethindrone tablets in the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding and have higher safety.
