为探讨专项训练对女子赛艇运动员乳酸无氧阈的影响,以辽宁省女子赛艇公开级运动员为研究对象,进行为期两周的专项训练。结果表明,在通过两周中等强度长时间的专项水上技术训练后,队员在完成同等功率的运动时,血乳酸和心率均明显下降,乳酸无氧阈功率提高,运动员的运动能力提高。因此,乳酸无氧阈可以用来评定运动员的有氧耐力以及选择有氧训练的适宜强度,来改善和提高运动员的最大有氧能力。本研究旨在通过乳酸无氧阈的测试来安排训练强度,评价训练效果。
In order to investigate the effect of special training on the anaerobic lactic acid threshold of female rowers, a two-week special training program was conducted with Liaoning Province women’s rowing open class athletes as the research object. The results showed that after two weeks ’intensive and intensive water technical training, the athletes’ blood lactic acid and heart rate decreased significantly when they completed the same power exercise. The lactic acid anaerobic threshold power increased and the athlete’s athletic ability improved. Therefore, lactic acid anaerobic threshold can be used to assess the aerobic endurance of athletes and choose the appropriate intensity of aerobic training to improve and enhance the athletes maximum aerobic capacity. The aim of this study was to determine the training effect by testing the lactic acid anaerobic threshold.
