当下高职院校的人文现状令人担忧令人困惑。而高职院校的人文品格建设的轻忽,影响了学生人格的健全发展,最终也制约了高职院校自身的可持续性发展。造成这种现象的深层次原因,既有历史的,也有社会的,但最重要的还是职高办学思想误区的自身原因。鉴于此,我们提出了人文品格重建的构想。职高人文品格分外三个层面:即价值层面、政策层面和“师格”层面,而重建,则主要是确立三个理念:高职教育首先是高等教育;高职教育必须是素质教育;高职教育应该是饱含人文性的教育。
The current situation of humanities in vocational colleges is worrying and confusing. The ignorance of the construction of humanistic character in higher vocational colleges has affected the sound development of students’ personality and finally restricted the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. The deep-seated reasons for this phenomenon are both historical as well as social, but the most important reason is the self-reason of misunderstanding of high school education. In view of this, we put forward the idea of rebuilding humanities. At the level of professionalism and high humanity, there are three levels: the level of value, the level of policy and the level of “teacher”, and the reconstruction mainly focuses on three concepts: higher vocational education is higher education at first; higher vocational education must be quality education Higher vocational education should be full of humane education.
