拖拉机转向系是为了改变拖拉机运动方向的机构。为了保证拖拉机在行驶和作业时操作轻快,安全方便,各车轮的轴线都应在瞬时绕一点滚动,这一点就是瞬时滚动中心。为了满足这一要求,转向梯形各部份应按特定的函数关系设计。传统的方法是作图法。该方法工作量大,精度低,速度慢,劳动强度大。我们根据实际工作需要,研究出一种用IBM--PC个人计算机进行优化设计整体式转向梯形的方法。数学上使用“插值的0.618法”。这个尝试在实际设计中取得了较理想的效果。
Tractor steering system is to change the direction of tractor movement. In order to ensure the tractor running and working light and easy, safe and convenient, the wheel axis should be in a moment to scroll around a little, this is the instantaneous rolling center. In order to meet this requirement, each part of the steering trapezoid should be designed according to a specific function. The traditional method is mapping. The method of heavy workload, low accuracy, slow, labor-intensive. According to the needs of practical work, we developed a method of optimizing the design of integral steering trapezoid using IBM - PC personal computer. Mathematically use the “interpolation 0.618 method.” This attempt has been made in the actual design of the more satisfactory results.
