2015年4月16日,辽宁省总工会在沈阳召开十届六次全委(扩大)会议,会议通过现场举手和无记名投票表决的方式,对有关人事事项进行表决和选举。经选举,辽宁省委常委、省总工会党组书记戴玉林全票当选辽宁省总工会主席。
