在中国各地传统年画中,上海小校场年画因其迥异于各地出品的鲜明特色而广受关注。小校场年画的繁盛期距今虽仅一百余年,其消亡速度却十分惊人,至二十世纪中期几已难觅踪迹,其所关涉到的种种疑团至今难解一。来源之谜年画于一八六○年从苏州转移到上海的观点为学术圈普遍接受,但来沪的到底有哪些人?有多大的规模?有哪些人是继续从事年画创作和生产的?这种种疑问至今仍无答案。
In traditional Chinese New Year pictures all over China, New Year’s Day paintings of Shanghai Small Stadium attract wide attention because of their distinctive features produced in different places. The prosperous period of the New Year’s small-field New Year paintings has only reached a hundred years ago, but the rate of its demise has been staggering. By the mid-twentieth century, it has been hard to find traces of doubt in the New Year’s pictures. Sources of Riddles The New Year Picture Transfer from Suzhou to Shanghai in 1860 is generally accepted by academia, but what are the people in Shanghai, the scale, and the people who continue to engage in the creation and production of New Year pictures? There are still no answers to these questions.
