为解决目前颜色测量仪器测速慢、体积大的问题,采用先进的颜色测量方法——光电摄谱法,设计了一种微型测色分光光谱仪。仪器由光学系统、信号采集与处理电路、测色软件三部分组成。阐述了系统的总体设计。采用线阵CCD(TCD1304AP)作为光电探测器,采用ARM嵌入式处理器作为中心处理器件,仅在一片LPC2214上完成了CCD的驱动及信号采集存储系统设计,并选择USB作为数据传输设备,从而有效地减小了仪器的体积。结果表明,此仪器测量精度高,测量速度快,方便携带。
