本文采用地高辛标记的流行性出血热病毒cDNA探针,以原位杂交方法检测了21例HFRS患者肾组织中出血热病毒核酸(HFV-RNA)及其分布,并与肾组织免疫组化方法检测HFV及同期血清斑点杂交检测HFV-RNA结果进行对比,发现肾组织内HFV-RNA的检出率与病情严重程度成正比;与免疫复合物的沉积无正相关性;与血清中HFV-RNA的检出亦无直接关联。首次证实在HFRS肾损伤的发生机理中免疫复合物病变与病毒的直接损伤作用同时存在。
