教育首先是一种关系,是一种人际关系,是一种情感关系。一切有效的教育都是在教师与幼儿以情感为纽带所建立起来的关系基础之上进行的。因此,幼儿的学习就来源于幼儿和教师之间积极有效的互动,如果离开了师幼互动,教育将是一件难以想象的事情。而艺术教育更是离不开教师和幼儿之间的有效互动。师生互动是一个双向建构的过程,不仅使幼儿能从活动中感受到自己的主体位置以及自主、自由地参与学习的权利,同样,老师也可以从师生互动中反思自己的教学方法。国内外很多教育研究者也普遍认同,在音乐教学活动中,教师与幼儿之间的关系具有明显的情感性特征,良好的师幼关系对于儿童安全感、自信心及其对事物的积极探索态度的形成是必不可少的良方。
