以管网投资、运行、折旧和维护费用年折算费用作为目标函数,管网的流量平衡和压力平衡、用户要求流量、流速、管径,管网投入运行后的水力稳定性系数为约束条件,建立了区域供冷却水系统管网全局优化设计的数学模型;分析了应用遗传算法进行管网优化设计的运行机理,并对约束条件的处理和评价函数的建立进行了分析;运用改进的遗传算法对某区域供冷却水系统管网进行了优化设计,并分析了水力稳定性系数对系统经济性和优化设计结果的影响。实例分析表明,该方法和常规方法相比能够达到节省初投资和运行费用的目标。
Taking the annual conversion cost of pipe network investment, operation, depreciation and maintenance as objective function, the flow balance and pressure balance of pipe network, the user requirements of flow rate, flow rate, pipe diameter and hydraulic stability coefficient after pipe network put into operation as constraints, Established the mathematical model of global optimal design of regional cooling water supply pipe network; analyzed the operation mechanism of optimal design of pipe network by using genetic algorithm; analyzed the handling of constraints and the establishment of evaluation function; and improved genetic algorithm The optimal design of the pipe network for cooling water supply system in a certain area is analyzed. The influence of hydraulic stability coefficient on system economy and optimization design results is also analyzed. The case study shows that this method can achieve the goal of saving initial investment and running costs compared with the conventional method.
