针对铝电解槽生产过程具有多变量、非线性、时变和大滞后的特点,其物料与能量平衡状态变化机理及过程复杂,且众多反映过程特性的参数难以在线测定,致使目前采用的工艺过程控制方法可靠性差,应用效果不明显。应用先进的智能控制理论和模糊技术,建立起精确数学难以描述的模糊控制模型和模糊专家系统模型,以解决槽内氧化铝浓度的在线跟踪控制和实现工艺全过程的诊断、分析及预测,为实现铝电解槽的“按需下料”、操作与管理过程智能化、信息化打下坚实基础。
