介绍了一种通用的动态系统辨识机,用以适应自动测试领域中的广泛需要。系统采用ARMAX模型,参数估计以最小二乘法为基础,提供了多种克服有色噪声影响的改进算法,同时利用F检验和AIC方法为判据,实现了模型阶次的辨识。系统在Windows 98下实现,作为面向自动测试的软件工具的重要组成部分,显然是十分有用的。
A universal dynamic system identification machine is introduced to meet the wide range of needs in the field of automatic testing. The ARMAX model is used in the system. Based on the least square method, the parameter estimation is provided with many improved algorithms to overcome the influence of colored noise. At the same time, the F-test and AIC method are used as the criterion to realize the model order identification. The system is implemented under Windows 98 and is obviously very useful as an important part of the software tools for automated testing.
