目的评定卷烟主流烟气中一氧化碳含量的测量不确定度,为测定主流烟气中一氧化碳含量提供有效、可靠的测量数据。方法根据JJF(烟草)1-2007《卷烟主流烟气中烟碱、焦油和一氧化碳测量不确定度评定指南》的指导方法,对卷烟主流烟气中一氧化碳的测量过程进行研究,系统分析整个测量结果的不确定度来源,建立不确定度的数学模型,并确定测量结果的置信区间。结果结果表明一氧化碳测量的不确定度主要是由环境波动、示值、抽吸口数造成的,因此在检测过程中应尽量减小测试环境的波动性及提高示值的精度,才能进一步减小测量不确定度。结论该批卷烟样品的测定结果:一氧化碳含量为10.2 mg/支,扩展不确定度为0.7 mg/支。
Objective To assess the uncertainty of the measurement of carbon monoxide in cigarette mainstream smoke and provide effective and reliable measurement data for the determination of carbon monoxide in mainstream smoke. Methods According to the guidance of JJF (Tobacco) 1-2007 Guidance for Assessment of Uncertainty in Measurement of Nicotine, Tar and Carbon Monoxide in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke, the measurement process of carbon monoxide in mainstream cigarette smoke was studied, and the whole measurement result was systematically analyzed The sources of uncertainty, the establishment of a mathematical model of uncertainty, and determine the confidence interval measurement results. The results show that the uncertainty of the carbon monoxide measurement is mainly caused by the environmental fluctuation, the indication and the number of suction ports. Therefore, the measurement environment should be minimized and the accuracy of the indication should be minimized during the measurement to further reduce the measurement uncertainty. Conclusion The results of this batch of cigarette samples were determined: the carbon monoxide content was 10.2 mg / cartridge and the extended uncertainty was 0.7 mg / cartridge.
