2009年3月16日上午,上海市质量技术监督局1 2365产品质量申诉举报中心发布了“2008年度上海市场家用空调器顾客满意度测评结果”。测评结果显示:2008年,上海市场家用空调器总体满意度为79.65,同比提高2.19%。其中产品质量的顾客满意度为82.52,较2007年度提高了7.56点;销售服务质量的顾客满意度为74.97,较2007年度下降了4.33;安装服务质量的顾客满意度为78.79,较2007年度下降了7.12;售后服务质量顾客满意度仅为69.14。
On the morning of March 16, 2009, Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervision 1 2365 Product Quality Complaint Reporting Center released “2008 Annual Results of Customer Satisfaction Assessment of Domestic Air Conditioners in Shanghai”. Evaluation results show that: In 2008, Shanghai home air conditioner overall satisfaction was 79.65, an increase of 2.19%. The customer satisfaction of product quality was 82.52, which was 7.56 points higher than that of 2007. The customer satisfaction of sales service quality was 74.97, down by 4.33 compared with that of 2007. The customer satisfaction of service quality installation was 78.79, down from 2007 7.12; Quality of service customer satisfaction is only 69.14.
