近年来,标准局的X射线荧光分析研究工作主要对元素间干扰的数学校正法的改进,和多种制样技术的研究。回顾过去五年来的工作有:(1)固体试样分析的基本参数数据处理法;(2)改进制样技术来提高分析灵敏度,(3)环保分析用薄标准试样的研究。基本参数元素间校正法有NRLXRF(1)EXFNBS(2,3)和最近的COLA(4),并比较了它们在分析结果的一致性。这些方法需要有X射管的光谱分布。最近,NBS发展了X射线管光谱分布的计算,并已被新的计算机程序NBSGSC所采用。为了提高分析灵敏度,研究了离子交换树脂滤纸来富集痕量杂质,用于分析海水,城市尘埃,煤、尿,松叶,牛肝。从一立升海水试样富集的杂质能分析到ppb级,条件好时其分析准确度为±10%。
In recent years, the Bureau of X-ray fluorescence analysis of the main work on the elemental interference mathematical correction method improvements, and a variety of sample preparation techniques. Review of the past five years of work are: (1) solid sample analysis of the basic parameters of data processing; (2) to improve the sample preparation technology to improve the sensitivity of the analysis; (3) environmental protection analysis of thin standard samples. The basic parameter inter-element correction method has NRLXRF (1) EXFNBS (2,3) and the nearest COLA (4), and compares their consistency in the analysis results. These methods require the spectral distribution of the X-ray tube. Recently, NBS has developed the calculation of the X-ray tube spectral distribution and has been adopted by the new computer program NBSGSC. In order to improve the analytical sensitivity, ion exchange resin filter paper was studied to enrich trace impurities for the analysis of seawater, urban dust, coal, urine, pine and beef liver. Impurities collected from an ascending seawater sample can be analyzed to ppb level, with good analytical accuracy of ± 10% for good conditions.
