髋关节模拟试验机在多方性复合运动方式、恒定载荷和血清润滑条件模拟了炭/炭复合材料人工髋关节在临床应用中的摩擦学行为.采用扫描电镜、能谱和激光粒度分析仪分析了其磨损表面状态和磨损颗粒特性.结果表明,医用炭/炭复合材料人工髋关节在不同碳纤维方向呈现不同的磨损特性,其磨损颗粒具有四种形貌并且尺寸分布在亚微米至数十微米之间,其磨损机理主要是微切削作用和磨粒磨损.
