近日,按照银监会及省联社关于“123工程”的安排,笔者在工商银行广东省某市分行的个人金融业务部和信贷管理部进行交流学习。该分行1999年以来发放的15亿贷款余额中不良贷款仅有100多万元,排除不良资产剥离因素,不良贷款比率控制在1%以下,深感该行在信贷管理方面对农信社有可借鉴之处。本文试图以农信社高管交流学习的视角对工商银行信贷管理特色作初步探讨,并分析其对农信社信贷管理的启示。
