为了适应脉冲管制冷机实用化设计的需要,在热力学非对称理论的基础上,利用拉格朗日节点分析方法和有关回热器计算的经验公式,编制了一个可快速模拟和估算脉冲管制冷机性能的程序。该程序可模拟小孔型,双向进气型和多路旁通型等几种改进形式。计算结果与典型实验结果进行了比较,表明制冷量与压力参数均能较好地吻合。这表明程序所用模型的正确性,也说明这一计算程序达到了实用化的目标。
In order to meet the needs of the practical design of pulse tube refrigerator, based on the asymmetry theory of thermodynamics, a Lagrangian node analysis method and the empirical formula about the regenerator are used to develop a method that can simulate and estimate the pulse tube cooling Machine performance procedures. The calculated results are compared with the typical experimental results, which shows that the cooling capacity and the pressure parameters are in good agreement.
