目的 应用自动图像分析系统 ,探讨神经胶质瘤的DNA定量及核形态参数与其肿瘤分级的关系。方法 收集 4 8例胶质细胞瘤 ,5例脑膜瘤 ,全部肿瘤标本的组织切片经Feulgen染色 ,采用本院自行设计的MIPS -Ⅲ型图像分析仪进行DNA检测。结果 胶质瘤Ⅲ -Ⅳ级肿瘤与Ⅰ-Ⅱ级比 ,10项指标均有差异 ,Ⅰ -Ⅱ级与Ⅱ -Ⅲ级 ,以及Ⅱ -Ⅲ与Ⅲ -Ⅳ级比 ,DI指数 >5c %、异倍体率和峰形有明显差异 ;脑膜瘤与Ⅰ -Ⅱ级胶质瘤比较 ,6项指标显示有差异 ;本研究也提供国人各级胶质瘤细胞核的各项形态学参数。结论 利用计算机图像DNA指数分析 ,可作为胶质瘤分级的参考指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between DNA quantification and nuclear morphological parameters of glioma and its tumor grade by automatic image analysis system. Methods 48 cases of glioma and 5 cases of meningioma were collected. Tissue sections of all the tumor samples were stained with Feulgen, and the DNA was detected by the MIPS-Ⅲ image analyzer designed by our hospital. Results The glioma grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ tumors were significantly different from those of grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ in 10 grades of gliomas. Grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ and grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ, grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ and grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ, DI index> 5c% Aneuploidy rate and peak shape were significantly different; meningioma and grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ glioma compared to 6 indicators showed differences in this study also provides glioma cells at various levels of human morphological parameters. Conclusion The use of computer image DNA index analysis can be used as a reference indicator of glioma grading.
