介绍了一种注射模浇注系统的计算机辅助设计方法,分析了典型的多型腔模具非平衡布置的人工平衡条件,引入了“型腔系数”的概念以描述熔体在各级分流道中的体积流率的分配关系,并给出了流道尺寸的简化算法。
A computer aided design method of injection mold pouring system was introduced. The artificial equilibrium condition of typical multi-cavity mold unbalanced arrangement was analyzed. The concept of “cavity coefficient” was introduced to describe the volume of melt Flow rate distribution, and gives a simplified algorithm of flow channel size.
