此手术我们系采用弹性塑胶帽。在下颌板上1/3处或者颗状突处形成假关节。在我国和英美文献上还未见到。但在苏联已普遍应用。根据我们临床实践的证明,用弹性塑胶帽形成假关节,不但对原发性(?)颌关节强直效果好,而且用于因其他手术方法失败后复发的病例更为良好,例如我们曾给一个用其他手术方法而失败三次的病人,用弹性塑胶帽形成假关节同时手术后初7～10天时采用倾向减荷法,保持安静,现术后已9个月,虽然病人没有经常锻炼开口,但效果仍很好。
