采用激光-电弧复合焊接的方式对高强钢进行了焊接,并利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪及显微维氏硬度计对接头试样进行了观察和测试。结果表明,焊接接头由焊缝区、热影响区、软化区三个区域组成。焊缝的等轴晶区硬度较低,树枝晶区的硬度稍高于等轴晶区,热影响区与焊缝区的硬度基本相同,其硬度值基本在500~600 HV之间,软化区最低,基体硬度在400 HV左右。焊缝区和热影响区组织均为板条状马氏体,不存在铁素体组织。
High-strength steel was welded by laser-arc hybrid welding. The joint samples were observed and tested by means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and micro-Vickers hardness tester. The results show that the welded joint consists of three zones: weld zone, heat affected zone and softened zone. The hardness of the weld equiaxed zone is lower, the hardness of the dendrite zone is slightly higher than that of the equiaxed zone, and the hardness of the heat-affected zone and the weld zone are basically the same. The hardness value of the weld zone is basically between 500 and 600 HV. Lowest, substrate hardness is around 400 HV. Weld zone and heat affected zone are lath martensite, there is no ferrite.
