目的:探讨瘦素、脂联素与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性。方法:选取孕周为22~28周的36例妊娠期高血压疾病患者作为观察组,分别在22、24、26、28周,应用放射免疫法测定外周血中的瘦素、脂联素水平,并以36例孕周为22~28周的正常妊娠妇女为对照组进行分析。结果:观察组外周血瘦素浓度较对照组明显增加(P<0.05),但妊娠期高血压疾病患者各孕周之间瘦素浓度的差异无显著性;血清瘦素水平与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平呈正相关。观察组外周血脂联素的水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),血清脂联素水平与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平呈负相关。结论:瘦素和脂联素与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生、发展有密切关系,表现为高瘦素血症、低脂联素血症,可以通过检测外周血中瘦素和脂联素的含量来及时发现妊娠期高血压疾病,以便采取相应的诊治措施。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between leptin, adiponectin and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods: Thirty-six patients with gestational hypertensive disorder with gestational age ranging from 22 to 28 weeks were selected as the observation group. The levels of leptin and adiponectin in peripheral blood were measured by radioimmunoassay at 22, 24, 26 and 28 weeks respectively , And 36 cases of gestational weeks for 22 to 28 weeks of normal pregnant women as control group for analysis. Results: The concentration of leptin in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the concentration of leptin between gestational weeks in patients with hypertensive disorder of pregnancy. The level of adiponectin in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Serum adiponectin level was negatively correlated with the SBP and DBP levels. Conclusions: Leptin and adiponectin are closely related to the occurrence and development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. They are characterized by hyperlipidemia and hypoadiponectinemia.
