因地面装备不适宜在湿地、滩涂、丘陵等特殊地形环境中作业,且固定翼飞机起飞和着陆需使用跑道,故近年来世界各国对农用无人机的研究日渐升温。日本从20世纪90年代起开始将遥控直升机用于大田作物、果树和蔬菜的病虫害防治,1990年,日本山叶公司率先推出世界第一架无人机,主要用于撒布农药。我国的农用无人机研究目前还处在初级阶段,国内通用轻型无人机有北京航空航天大学研制的蜜蜂16共轴式无人驾驶直升机、中国人民解放军总参第60研究所开发的“Z-3”无人直升机、鹤壁鹤翔航空技术有限公司开发的WDl00型无人直升机等。

Since the 1990s, Japan has used remote-controlled helicopters for the control of pests and diseases of field crops, fruit trees and vegetables. In 1990, Yamaha Japan pioneered the world’s first unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to distribute pesticides. China’s agricultural UAV research is still in its infancy, the domestic general-purpose light UAV developed by Beijing University of Aeronautics bee 16 co-pilot helicopters, the PLA General Staff Research Institute No. 60 “Z -3 ”unmanned helicopter, Hebi Crane Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. developed WDl00 unmanned helicopter and so on.
