用Neophot卧式金相显微镜摄影时,所用碳弧照明操作繁琐,弧光随着电源电压波动不稳定,电流太弱时,有时碳精棒燃烧得很慢而进给速度相对来讲则较决,造成碳棒接触电源短路;电流过强时,碳棒燃烧过快使距离拉长,影响正常照明。此外,碳精棒供不应求且易污染环境,给生产检验带来不利。经试验改用8.75电影“放映灯泡”来代替。由于这种灯泡采用了双曲面结构和真空镀铝工艺,不仅体积小、耗电量小、照明稳定、成本低寿命长、操作简
When photographing with Necope horizontal metallurgical microscope, the operation of carbon arc lighting is cumbersome. When the arc fluctuates unstable with the power supply voltage and the current is too weak, the carbon rod sometimes burns slowly and the feed speed is comparatively poor. Resulting in short-circuit contact with the carbon rod; current is too strong, the carbon rod burning too fast to extend the distance, affecting the normal lighting. In addition, carbon rod is in short supply and easy to pollute the environment, adverse to the production test. After the test switch to 8.75 movie “light bulbs ” instead. As a result of this light bulb with a hyperboloid structure and vacuum aluminum process, not only small size, low power consumption, stable lighting, low cost, long life, easy operation
