采用拟蒙特卡罗模拟算法对倾斜储油罐进行储油量测定、变位识别及倾斜角度计算,并针对不同情况设计4种算法。在储油罐空间内产生均匀分布随机点,并通过统计油平面位置以下随机点个数,估算当前油面高度的储油量,利用空间坐标变化确定变位后储油罐的空间位置,估算当前位置下油面所反映的储油量。以某油罐加油实测数据为例,根据油面高度、理论储油量、测量储油量、出油量判断罐体是否变位,并利用最小二乘法,采用网格遍历搜索计算得到倾斜角度,结果表明计算模型具有一定的可行性和可靠性。
The quasi-Monte Carlo simulation algorithm was used to measure oil reserves, dislocation recognition and tilt angle calculation for inclined oil storage tanks. Four kinds of algorithms were designed for different situations. The random oil level distribution is generated in the space of the oil storage tank. The current oil surface height oil storage capacity is estimated by counting the number of random points below the oil level. The space position of the oil storage tank after the displacement is determined by the spatial coordinate change. The current position of the oil surface reflects the amount of oil storage. Take the measured data of a certain oil tank as an example, according to the oil level, the theoretical oil storage, the measured oil storage, the oil output to determine whether the tank displacement, and the use of least square method, using grid traversal search to calculate the tilt angle The results show that the calculation model has some feasibility and reliability.
