针对现有方法存在的问题 ,提出按给定连杆上一个基点及过该基点的一根标线的若干位置来设计平面四杆机构的代数解法 ,即根据已知条件分别综合两个双杆组并求出其独立的结构参数 ,再根据定杆长条件求出机构的其余尺度参数。还讨论了预选某些尺度参数的简化解法。给出了设计实例
In allusion to the existing problems of the existing methods, an algebraic method of designing a planar four-bar mechanism is proposed according to the given position of a basic point and a standard line passing the basic point. That is, Group and find its independent structural parameters, and then determine the rest of the scale parameters according to the long rod conditions. Also discussed is a simplified solution to preselect some scale parameters. Given the design examples
