目的分析江苏省城市初中学生营养知识水平及其影响因素,为制定营养干预措施提供预见性资料。方法在南京、苏州、徐州、盐城四个城市共选择7450名初中学生,采用中国疾病预防控制中心提供的青少年健康相关行为问卷进行横断面调查。结果77.8%的学生不知道评价青少年营养状况最好的指标为体重指数(BMI),31.7%的学生不知道吃不同种类的食物对健康有益,29%的学生误认为每天吃许多肉类食品对健康有益。学生的营养行为与学生的年级、家庭类型及父母亲的文化程度密切相关。结论应进行青少年营养干预工作,培养学生良好的饮食习惯和营养行为。
Objective To analyze the nutritional knowledge of junior middle school students in cities of Jiangsu Province and its influential factors, and provide predictive data for the formulation of nutritional interventions. Methods A total of 7450 middle school students were selected in four cities of Nanjing, Suzhou, Xuzhou and Yancheng to carry out a cross-sectional survey using the questionnaire of youth health related activities provided by China Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Results 77.8% of the students did not know the best indicator of adolescent nutritional status was body mass index (BMI), 31.7% of students did not know that eating different kinds of food was good for health, 29% misunderstood eating many meat foods everyday Good health. Students ’nutritional behavior is closely related to their grade, family type and their parents’ level of education. Conclusion Adolescent nutrition intervention should be carried out to cultivate good eating habits and nutrition behavior of students.
