Acute heart (muscle) stem (plug) hemodynamics and myocardial electrophysiology are unstable. Its hemodynamic changes as early as known, and electrophysiological changes have not been determined. Sotalol is a nonselective β-blocker with no intrinsic stimulatory activity and a class III antiarrhythmic effect. It appears to be a prospective, acute-phase, selective drug for myocardial infarction.
