血浆代用品已广泛应用于治疗低血容量疾患,代替丢失的血浆容量使循环恢复正常,特别是恢复外周循环。高分子量右旋糖酐具有良好的扩充血容的效果,但是能够引起红细胞聚集和过敏性反应。这种副作用的程度与分子量的增长成比例。然而随着低分子量的右旋糖酐的应用,这种副作用减少。分子量降到40,000时能使红细胞聚集逆转并促进微循环血流,但排泄很快。因此本研究制备了某些带负电性右旋糖酐,以判断它们在循环中能否比电中性右旋糖酐停留
Plasma substitutes have been widely used in the treatment of hypovolemic disorders, replacing circulated circulation in return for lost plasma volume, in particular to restore peripheral circulation. High molecular weight dextran has a good blood volume expansion effect, but can cause erythrocyte aggregation and allergic reactions. The extent of this side effect is proportional to the increase in molecular weight. However, with the application of low molecular weight dextran, this side effect is reduced. When the molecular weight is reduced to 40,000, erythrocytes accumulate to reverse and promote microcirculation, but excretion is rapid.
