经常听到有人感叹自己有学识、有能力、有干劲,欲想干一番事业,但总事与愿违,于是产生了自卑心理,自暴自弃。也有人牢骚满腹,认为领导不重才、不爱才,不能充分发挥有才能人的作用,并说怀才不遇的现象是普遍的。我不敢断然否定这个说法,但我想,人才受到压抑,不能充分发挥作用,固然领导干部要负主要责任,但也不能否认不会自用其才也是人才埋没的一个原因。对此,试谈一点粗浅看法。
I often hear people lament that they have knowledge, ability and motivation, want to do something, but the general problem is contrary to expectations, so have inferior self-esteem, give up on themselves. There are also people who complain that they are not serious in leadership and do not love it. They can not give full play to the role of talented people and say that it is common for those who fail to achieve excellence. I am afraid to categorically reject this statement, but I think that people are suppressed and can not fully play their role. Although leading cadres have the primary responsibility, they can not deny that they are not self-employed. In this regard, talk about a little superficial view.
