以间歇精馏法提纯甲基苯基二乙氧基硅烷合成液,采用化工模拟软件Aspen Plus 7.0建立了工艺流程模型.结果表明,在常压下先预分离回收氯苯和甲基三乙氧基硅烷,在5 k Pa、回流比R=3条件下提纯甲基苯基二乙氧基硅烷,产品纯度为99.67%,单程收率为70.56%,证明了间歇精馏分离甲基苯基二乙氧基硅烷工艺的可行性.模拟结果与实验结果相对误差小于8%,为甲基苯基二乙氧基硅烷提纯工艺的工业放大提供了必要的基础数据.
The synthesis of methylphenyldiethoxysilane was carried out by batch distillation method, and the process model was established by chemical simulation software Aspen Plus 7.0.The results showed that chlorobenzene and methyltriethoxy Methyl silane, methylphenyldiethoxysilane was purified under the condition of 5 kPa and reflux ratio R = 3. The purity of product was 99.67% and the yield of single pass was 70.56%. It was proved that the batch distillation separation of methylphenyl bis Ethoxy silane process feasibility.The relative error between simulation results and experimental results is less than 8%, which provides the necessary basic data for industrial amplification of methylphenyldiethoxysilane purification process.
