中国著名儿童心理教育家卢勤曾经向中国的父母提出这样一个问题:作为爱孩子的父母,你能给孩子一个什么样的世界?而作为同样爱孩子的老师,学校应建设怎样的环境才能让孩子平安、幸福、健康地成长?学校环境是学生赖以成长和发展的重要土壤,它能够对学生的身心发展产生非常重要的影响。它分为“硬环境”和“软环境”两大类。学校“硬环境”是指学校中的学科设置和教学等客观条件,它对学生的身心发展一般起积极促进作用。学校“软环境”是指学校中客观存在的、主要由教师控制和把握的、经常以潜移默化的方式对学生的身心发展
