当今社会处于大变革、大转型之中,竞争激烈,工作生活节奏快,人们普遍感到压力大,这是正常的事。只要你不是生活在真空中,你就有压力,如学习压力、工作压力、生活压力等。人有压力是常态,关键是我们怎样看待压力?怎样处理压力?使压力为我所控,为我所用。调查发现,人们感到压力大,主要是工作目标压力大。目标是个人、部门或整个组织所期望的成果。在现代职场中,个人为了实现自身价值,期望值一般都很高;组织为了实现高收益,同样也会追求高目标。而这两个“高目标”都是靠人来完成的。所以,职场中
