目的探讨A型肉毒毒素对脑性瘫痪拇指内收畸形的疗效。方法52例脑性瘫痪患儿随机分为观察组和对照组观察组采用拇指夹板固定、手传统中医按摩,A型肉毒毒素肌肉注射;对照组采用拇指夹板固定、手传统中医按摩。结果两组经过3个月治疗,观察组拇指腕掌外展活动度明显改善,与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论A型肉毒毒素肌肉注射对脑性瘫痪拇指内收畸形的疗效较显著。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of botulinum toxin type A on the thumb deformity of cerebral palsy. Methods Fifty - two children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was fixed with thumb splint, traditional Chinese medicine massage and botulinum toxin type A were injected intramuscularly. The control group was fixed with thumb splint and massaged with traditional Chinese medicine. Results After 3 months of treatment, the degree of abduction of the thumb wrist in the observation group was significantly improved, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of intramuscular injection of botulinum toxin type A for the thumb adductor deformity of cerebral palsy is significant.
