测量束流相图是束流输运线设计最佳化和束流控制的重要环节。因此,多年来人们广泛地把它用于离子源试验台和束流输运线上,用以测定和诊断束流的品质。几年前,我们根据缝-针法研制了一种束流相图仪,并在螺旋波导增能器的束流线上进行了一系列的实验。为了给出用相图仪进行测量的准确度,我们首先用相空间的概念对测量过程进行了分析,并给出了不同束特性情况下的数据处理关系式;其次,研究了影响测量精度的多种误差因素,采取了一定的改善措施;最后,在400keV高压倍加器输运线上,用设置标准接受相图的方法,对相图进行了实验标定,初步得出了测量相图斜率和相角宽度的误差限。
Measuring the beam phase diagram is an important part of beam transport line design optimization and beam control.
